Forced to sign in every day to navigate on web site

I wasn't sure where to post this and I am hoping to get an answer as to why this is happening. Microsoft service people would not help me at all, they weren't understanding what my issue is but..... Every day, I am forced to sign in onto the website ALTHOUGH
I check the "remember me" button. I cleared everything, it wont work. I was told that you can't sign in on the site and the console at the same time which is not true since I do that all the time. I use chrome and it is up to date, I will not to IE or any
other browsers. My browser is up to date and I just want to know what the problem is. I was told it was because of chrome which is not true since my boyfriend uses chrome and he doesn't have this issue. This started like last week. Are others having this
problem as well? Please help me and tell me what is going on here!

The open sign-ups seem to be shorter & shorter; this was about 1 day, if even that long. If you like to get in on them, I recommend following Major Nelson's web site or Twitter feed when updates are imminent, so you'll hear about it right away rather
than through other sites.

Do you have cookies disabled in your browser? If so, that could be preventing the site from 'remembering' you.

 

I am forced to sign in again when viewing people's profiles on the site. A very odd thing to require.

 

Just a minute ago I noticed I was signed in as "DramaticKnot". I have no idea who that is, there not in my friends list, and it certainly was not my doing. It's the 3rd time this happened to me on this site (xbox.com forums). I cant remember what the
other names were, or if they were the same (DramaticKnot) guy. I wonder if this happened to someone with your name, and they signed you out? I don't like it personally, and wonder if there are people out there signed in under my name.
