forced to buy tp in xenoverse 2

well my friend tried to help my get a skill in dragon ball xenoverse 2 but purchased tp before hand now it makes it so where everytime i hop onto the game i either have to purchase that in game currency or completely restart. how do i fix this? i've tried deleting the data from the files itself, hard reset my xbox... nothing's working.

Thank you so much for letting me know and I apologize for the trouble. Kindly clear your Alternate MAC Address then try to play the game again.

Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.

oh okay no, so i gave my friend my account to help me get a skill in the game that i struggled to get since characters were shared over the cloud, he got me the skill no problem but before going onto my account and booting up the same game he was playing immediately before he bought in game currency which claimed itself as DLC. it said that i had to buy that dlc to continue with my saves. i couldn't so i was forced to delete my saved data and when it let me delete the data it gave me the purchased in game currency but i lost everything. but now if i boot up the game it gives me the same message.

so.... i'm not able to play them game and save it and come back to it i have to play it in one go or it's a no go. i've tried deleting and redownloading the game and nothing changed ,i tried hard rebooting my xbox nothing changed, i've signed out and back in... nothing changed...
