Forced name change. Now can't play 360 games

    Forced name change. Now can't play 360 games


    greetings fellow subjects of the Microsoft [Mod removed]. My name recently got changed to a very feminine "sweetfawn" (insert random numbers) not too big of a deal, but now my Xbox one won't let me use the Xbox 360 emulation since
    it'll only allow me to sign in using my very offensive and scary old name. How do I fix this?

    Forced Gamertag Change Request

    I doubt forced name changes adding yo perm bans anymore since you can't pick your name after a forced name change is issued

    You pay for the custom name after a forced change

    probably for people to think twice about using the same or similar name

    Gamertag Changed

    davemcfly85 is spot on actually,the gamertag you have now is not a result of a forced name change.

    A forced name change is always 2 words & some numbers

    Either pay a GT change and change it in 360 your current sweet feminine GT or report your very offensive scary GT on 360 and hopefully it will match your current sweet GT.

    Even if you did get a forced name change you would be given a random gamertag & would still have to pay to have a tag of your choosing.

    Like Stuart said,they only issue forced name changes if your gamertag violates the CoC/ToU. You can't request a forced name change.
