Forced GT change

Hey Boys and Girls I had to re download me profile and it was changed.

Im all for a squeeky clean system for squeeky clean boys.

But this Draconian system must be put down.

The GT in question is LostMyTesticles.

Such hypocracy I cant put Testicles in a name but I can go to GTA and see real testicles.

Also what truly made me sad is that I cant pick a new GT.

Where my free change Microsoft?

Dont hold out on me.

was wondering why my gt was changed im german and my gt was obersturhmfuhrerz all it means is captain in german dont see how it is offensive?

 

M rated games have no bearing on E rated Xbox Live profiles.

You no longer get a free name change, you have to pay for it as part of your punishment.

Try reading the
Code of Conduct you already agreed to.

Hasn't the One already sold like 3 million units? And its only been released in 14 countries. I'd say that's pretty damn good. As Cthulhu alluded to, your profile has nothing to do with M-rated games. If you want to play, you have to play nice. "CleanCub"

I dont mind as much as it sounds I just dont like being harrassed daily and the only way to stop it is to pay 10$. Or Sell my Xbox and games and buy a PS and With my previous GT I got compliments saying how great my GT is. Now im being called Homophobic

Gold subscription. Game Licenses and any microsoft credit cannot be transfered to a new profile

 

You could also change your privacy setting so only friends can send you messages and you can only hear friends voice chat. that would stop the harrasment. The point to your gamertag change is the fact your gamertag was against the code of conduct Your Profile
should be rated E at all times

The Terms of Service and Code of Conduct have been updated many times in the life of the Xbox 360 and with each update to it we, the gamers, had to agree with the new updates before we were even allowed access to XBL. So you did
have notice and you apparently agreed to those terms because you have been using XBL.

Your GT was changed because it violated the Code of Conduct. XBL is rated "E" for Everyone and our profile content and Gamer Tags must reflect that rating. If they do not then we leave ourselves open for enforcement action being taken against our account(s).

Yes, you should have to pay money to change it. YOU decided to ignore the rules you agreed to, Microsoft is just holding you to those rules. This is their way of punishing you. If you don't like it then you should not have agreed to their rules to begin with.
Of course you are free to go elsewhere just be aware that the other services have rules of their own too.

 

Maybe somebody that really lost his testicles found it offensive and reported your gamer tag. Or it is just plain offensive as losing ones testicles isn't really a laughing matter.

The policy has never changed. People just choose to ignore then when they get caught they come here and whine about it like it was a surprise.
