Forced Gamer tag change

ngocphi · Oct 31, 2018

This was awhile ago

After people started abusing the system by just rephrasingnrhe violation or just not login

Rephrasing the name will only leads to further punishment and eventually a perm account ban

it is their service and they can do anything they want

Look at it this way most services actually do Rename for actual violations of their terms of you and you actually have to pay for a rename on many services

Along with suspensions Included with them

You are wrong if you don't think servers have every right to change your name for non compliance

You should feel fortunate it is setup this way

Multiple non compliance will only end badly

And for every forced Change it hurts you in the wallet so you hopefully think carefully about reusingnthe same name again

I'm going to assume that what is going on is that you were issued a forced gamer tag change since the gamer tag may be deemed offensive. A forced gamer tag change can result in not being able to post on the forums until that gamer tag is changed.

the free gamer tag change was only allowed when your gamer tag change was forced. People abused this by reporting gamer tags that people wanted to change so once a force change was made they then changed it again to what they wanted for free. Because
of that abuse of the system all game tag changes now cost even if a force change has happened.

Hello There,

As Smwutches stated it was a forced gamer tag change. Someone found that your gamer tag was inappropriate and reported it. With a forced gamer tag change there is no case review. Remember when choosing a gamer tag that millions of people can see this from
kids to adults if you think the gamer tag you use is fine, someone else may find it offensive or inappropriate. They need to follow the

code of conduct.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Brad

"Fetish" is a topic of a sexual nature.

The rules also state you can't have anything that refers to or insinuates sexual themes. In your case the word "pimpin" is a nod to prostitution.
