i have had this gamer tag for 10 years and it isnt fair that someone can complane about me because they lost and are a bad sport. my rep has been attacked for that same reason and i cant deffend my self. when i get a hatefull message i reply with good sport
or good game or i say nothing. this isnt right please reset my rep and fix gamer tag. i wanted an xbox1 but im having serious second thoughts.

Force gamer tag inquiry. In reference to Service request number: [Mod Removed]

I am looking for a credit for forced gamer-tag changes. Please read the history below and reference the Service request number above.

I had my original gamer-tag ([Mod Removed]) for many years. I received an email that a gamer-tag change was implemented by Microsoft. I paid to have my gamer-tag changed from the auto-generated gamer-tag on July 7, 2015. Microsoft accepted
the newly changed gamer-tag. Within a few days, I received another email stating I had a second forced gamer-tag change. I, again, paid to have the MS generated gamer-tag changed on July 13, 2015. This time, I chose something harmless (Lucky Streak + a
Grizzly Bear): [Mod Removed]. I have just received another forced gamer-tag change for
[Mod Removed] being inappropriate. I have read your section on the Code-of-Conduct for gamer-tags and I don't see this as being inappropriate, but if a change is necessary I will accept it. However, I
DO NOT want to pay for the change for a third time.

I am willing to comply with the gamer-tag change if someone finds it offensive. However, I paid to have a gamer-tag of my choosing. If Microsoft takes it away after it allowed the choice, I should be credited so I can make a gamer-tag of my choosing that
is agreeable to all parties. I should not have to pay for multiple gamer-tag changes as I made a reasonable choice with
[Mod Removed].

I twice paid for a gamer tag of my choosing and then Microsoft took it away. I want a gamer tag of my choosing not a random one. Since I TWICE paid for a gamer-tag change, I should not have to continually pay for changes while Microsoft continues to
allow the gamer-tags and then changes their mind.

Please can you issue a credit for gamer-tag changes that were forced upon my account or re-institute the
[Mod Removed] gamer-tag. I have been a long time customer of Microsoft and a gamer in good standing and of good reputation.

My account was banned due to spiteful opponents

I would like to speak with the Xbox ambassador about my forced gamer tag change My gamertag was [Mod Removed] now its And during a game of NBA 2K it was changed my opponents report me because they’re losing and they got my gamertag changed
There is another gamertag called [Mod Removed] and has 45 gamerscore it hasn’t been Forced to change its gamertag I know my gamer tag is not profane cause I was able to create it proofing my gamer tag was only forced to change because of spiteful gamers I was
beating in 2K reporting me for my gamertag I would like my gamer tag change back

 

Ace is a stand up guy and a good sport. Its bogus that after 10 years someone would see fit to change his gamer tag because of some bad sports complaint. If the gamer tag was ok for the last 10 years whats wrong with it now? Its ace as in ace in the hole,
not like a synonym for the southern region of the body. Not offensive. Seems to me that the xbox admins just changed it. Why? For the 10.99$ it will cost him to chang it back? Admins, post up. Let us know why yall did this. Seems silly to me.

 

Ace is a mature adult who doesn't bother anyone. His gamertag is a reference to a hole in one in the game of golf. Anyone who plays golf knows that a hole in one is referred to as an ace. There are many words and phrases that can be twisted or misinterpreted
by some vindictive individual. This is clearly one of those cases where some sore loser chose to attack Ace by filing a complaint about his gamertag and destroying his reputation.. The name
[Mod Removed] is not offensive. Please reinstate his gamertag. Thank you.

The gamertag does violate the CoC though & will not get reinstated

 

@daftbadger please define how the op gamer tag violates code of conduct. And why it was allowed for the last 10 years. I just looked over the code of conduct and i didnt see where it would apply. Its not a "look alike" or a "sound alike" please explain.

 

Please post in the forum Daft Badger provided as that is the only place to get an official answer from the enforcement team.
