Force Unleashed Not Working on XB1

I installed this Games for Gold. When launching it, I got the 360 notification that I was being disconnected from Xbox Live.

When I hit "Start" it asked me to log into my profile, which I did, and it error'd out.

I was never really disconnected from XBL as it said.

What is wrong?

I uninstalled and reinstalled both on my internal HD and my External HDD. Neither worked as I got the same messages.

Really? The solution is to delete my profile? I have two Xbox Ones. One is set to my HOME. Do I have to do this on BOTH consoles? How till this work on the console set to HOME when I have family accounts set up under mine? Will I lose them?

Hey there RoastinCoffee,

That's one solution we've seen work to resolve this issue, you may only need to do it on one console. As an alternative, you can also try clearing the Xbox 360 Cache on the console to see if that helps.

Here's how to do it.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

(Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

Select Settings.

Select All settings.

Select System and then select Storage.

Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

Let us know how it goes!
