Force gamer tag inquiry. In reference to Service request number: [Mod Removed]

I am looking for a credit for forced gamer-tag changes. Please read the history below and reference the Service request number above.

I had my original gamer-tag ([Mod Removed]) for many years. I received an email that a gamer-tag change was implemented by Microsoft. I paid to have my gamer-tag changed from the auto-generated gamer-tag on July 7, 2015. Microsoft accepted
the newly changed gamer-tag. Within a few days, I received another email stating I had a second forced gamer-tag change. I, again, paid to have the MS generated gamer-tag changed on July 13, 2015. This time, I chose something harmless (Lucky Streak + a
Grizzly Bear): [Mod Removed]. I have just received another forced gamer-tag change for
[Mod Removed] being inappropriate. I have read your section on the Code-of-Conduct for gamer-tags and I don't see this as being inappropriate, but if a change is necessary I will accept it. However, I
DO NOT want to pay for the change for a third time.

I am willing to comply with the gamer-tag change if someone finds it offensive. However, I paid to have a gamer-tag of my choosing. If Microsoft takes it away after it allowed the choice, I should be credited so I can make a gamer-tag of my choosing that
is agreeable to all parties. I should not have to pay for multiple gamer-tag changes as I made a reasonable choice with
[Mod Removed].

I twice paid for a gamer tag of my choosing and then Microsoft took it away. I want a gamer tag of my choosing not a random one. Since I TWICE paid for a gamer-tag change, I should not have to continually pay for changes while Microsoft continues to
allow the gamer-tags and then changes their mind.

Please can you issue a credit for gamer-tag changes that were forced upon my account or re-institute the
[Mod Removed] gamer-tag. I have been a long time customer of Microsoft and a gamer in good standing and of good reputation.

Sorry to hear it. However, a forced name change is made by the PET and only they know the reasoning for it. Your best bet here is to post to the Suspensions Forums to find out why this happened.

As for changing the tag to something else, regardless of the circumstance you will still need to pay the amount required to change it.
