When will Ark be stable enough to play? I only ask because this morning I woke up to my server data corrupted. This isn’t the first occurrence either. This game has been a burden to hundreds of thousands of Xbox players and we would like to know when
the developer is going to complete the game? Otherwise we would all like refunds of the full purchase price including any additional DLC purchased.

Have you reported this to the developer at all? If they have a Tech Support section, let them know, and the relevant teams can investigate.

You can request a refund but if you purchase the game longer than 14 days from Microsoft then you would be eligible for a refund.

Ark is a server base game and it sad to hear that the developers haven't responded to you yet. This shows how much they care about their fans. You might want to try reaching out to them via Twitter. They make post about any updates and you can post about
your situation and maybe they will reply back to you. Best of Luck!

I think you'd have to contact Wild Card as Xbox only hosts the game through their system.

Edit: On a personal note, you say we all, and as an Ark player myself i disagree, though i only play on my own temporary servers, i have quite enjoyed this game

I have to say this post is very confusing. As an Ark player,I am having no troubles whatsoever!! And every couple of weeks, I seem to be getting an update for Ark.

I highly suggest writing a formal complaint to Wild Card Studios with supporting evidence and maybe even petition it with other Ark players. I heard Ark hasn't really been getting the updates they need on consoles.
