For which countries is Xbox Live Rewards available?

I am Colombian and for more than half a year I have tried to access the Xbox Rewards but I have not been able to because it is not available in my country.

My question is in which countries this program is available and if at any time it will be available for Colombia.

Migration to Microsoft Rewards

So Microsoft rewards system is not open in all countries and especially in Europe it's only open in a few countries, and i am sure that a big margen of the xbox users live in Europe, what will happen to them when the "xbox reward system" migrates to the
Microsoft rewards will they be able to use Microsoft rewards or they should just forget about it, and not have the same opportunities as the others who live in microsoft rewards supported countries?

Xbox rewards is only available in certain countries...

Plus you need to sign up for it first which i doubt everyone who owns an Xbox has.

Xbox Live Rewards is open to residents of Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the United Kingdom or the 50 United States (including District of Columbia)
who are 13 years of age or older, or residents of Norway who are 18 years of age or older.

However, the program is about to be shut down in most countries.

Kingdom or the 50 United States (including District of Columbia), and are 13 years of age or older. Users with an Xbox Live account who reside in Norway must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Please see Terms
and Conditions for full eligibility details.

If your country of residence is not currently eligible, please check back often — we're always looking into adding new countries to the programme!

Since the Philippines are not a country supported by Live, the Rewards program is not available there.

you shouldn't change the country of your account to access rewards if you don't live in that country. If rewards is not available where you live there's a reason. Even if you change account region, you may not be able to use the rewards points.
