    For those who still don’t know the length of their suspension.


    For everyone who still cannot access information regarding their ban. If you have an old 360 you can attempt to log into the affected acct and it will tell you the end date of you suspension. Hope that helps.

    Suspension length can very due to the severity of the situation as well as any previous enfractions on your account. So those friends who have had 24 hour suspensions will start receiving longer suspensions if they continue to violate the code of conduct.

    Sorry, the Ambassador program is only available to those who have no history of a Xbox Live violation that resulted in an enforcement action (such as an account suspension). The length of time since the violation does not matter.

    It just seems to be a standard length of time for those types of enforcements. Otherwise, suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situation and past actions.

    Because a 28 hours suspension is not much longer than a 24 hour suspension, it is still treated as a 24 hour suspension. Those suspensions are not eligible for a case review because by it takes longer to review it than the length of the suspension.

    The enforcement team do not just go by a report, otherwise more people would receive suspensions. They investigate every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of
    service.

    My ban request was denied and I never understood why I was banned?

    Everytime I call contact support they say they do not have access with suspensions so I don’t know who I can speak to for an unban
