    For those who are having problem of controller disconnecting all the time.


    3 years ago I created a topic in this forum that said that since the dashboard update that year, my Xbox One controllers disconnected all the time. I received messages through Xbox Live and YouTube, where I posted videos. As they
    blocked my old topic, I come across this to inform that I have found a solution. I know I should have done this before, but the day-to-day running did not leave me. This is a hardware problem. The problem is on the WiFi receiving board on the console. I thought
    it would be software, but it's not. It is worth mentioning that test the batteries, including mis-contact them and test other controls as well. If nothing solves, there is a huge chance of being the console's WiFi receiving board. Many friends, including me,
    bought this board on eBay and traded on our own, since our consoles were no longer under warranty. The board is cheap and easy to find on eBay. The exchange is very simple. It is only to dislodge the old one and plug the new one. I hope to help you guys and

    For those who are having disconnecting controller problem!

    It's been happening to me since launch but it has gotten way better. Microsoft is aware of it and is still investigating according to the posts on the preview forums.

    Guys, we need to do something! I'm tired of this problem! I have this problem since September update! I leave it clear that I have never had this problem before this update, then it is a software problem on the console, since all my controls disconnect exactly the same time and the same distance from the console! I created a thread on the official forum Xbox and still nothing has been solved! What will we do? Petition? We can do: Everyone who has the problem, we will create a topic on Xbox One Accessories! If every person who has trouble creating a topic, call their attention! What do you think?

    Controller will not Snyc or turn in system.

    After the September update (1409) controls were several problems! My control and that of many people is disconnecting all the time! There are people who control begins to push the buttons alone! We are waiting for the MS to decide upon or fix the problem
    through an update!

    Thanks Linden for the reply? However Did you read my post? My post relates to the Xbox One Media Remote, not a controller. Although I do also suffer from controller disconnects of which I have detailed here.

    Why does everyone just keep referring us to the controller troubleshooting page. Everyone has tried all those steps!!!! Anyway back to the problem. The remote is not accurate enough or act the same way as any other remote.

    It can surely be frustrating. They can just take the games out of the new console. Since you already own the games you will just download them to the new console once you are logged in to your account. Good Luck!

    If you are having these kind of difficulties perhaps returning it for an exchange is the best solution. Make sure there is nothing interfering with the wireless signal between the console and controller. Good Luck!
