    For those who are having Netflix freezing or lagging out console read


    ive fought this for two days straight then came here then tried some more. I finally figured out the problem. You CANNOT have and hdmi splitter or splitter box it HAS to be direct. Hope this helps everyone out

    NetFlix Update Issues

    Okay. After testing on the Xbox 360, I am still unable to see the same thing you are seeing. All testing for the scenarios you called out above succeeded in playing the next episode of a show without freezing up the app or console.

    However, on the two consoles I tested it on here, Netflix required an update. Have you had any updates recently to your Netflix?

    [/quote]....I'm getting some lag, but nothing like the lag with BC2, the freezing is lame ofcourse, but I'll tell you one thing that has happened a couple times...the picture and sound will skip&freeze for a few seconds ...or better description is solid
    frame...black screen...solid frame and the sound acting like a skipping LP...weird....I suupose it could be my console, but this is the only game it happens and the console is only a few months old...so who knows

    netflix and nhl12 connection problems

    Lag only seems to be nhl 12 and when i play EASHL VS mode no lag. Netflix on xbox only my netflix on ps3 is fine.

    Cache has been cleared etc.. etc..

    (Yesterday was my first lag free nhl12 night and HD on netflix in like almost 2 months!!!) I dunno who did what but it was nice :)

    Sorry to hear about your freezing issue. We do have more steps to try than just the cache clear for freezing issues. Go through EVERY step in our

    Xbox Screen Freeze Solution    . Particularly, since you've cleared caches, check the console position step, and the remove hard drive step.



    Once you've given our Freeze Solution a try, let us know how it went.

    Your information about "Console Lag" is inaccurate. Typically, the freezing can be sorted out with our guide, or a repair of the console. It also is not related to any particular update that the console has received. Also, these posters have mentioned
    that they have cleared the cache, so re-introducing those steps to them may not be the next best step.
