I've found the fix. If you have been having Strict NAT issues or been unable to obtain IPs, then try these steps.

For this to work you need a Windows 7 or higher Laptop or Desktop with two forms of connectivity. (LAN and Wireless is my choice). and an Ethernet Cable.

Step 1: Take an ethernet cable and plug one end into your Xbox One, and the other end into your Computer.

    Step 2:

For Windows 8: Go to the Control Panel by pressing Windows Key and Q at the same time, and searching for the Control Panel in the provided search box.

For Windows 7: Go to the Start Menu and click Control Panel.

Steps here on out will be the same.

    Step 3:

Once in the control panel on either OS, click on the Network and Internet Tab, then click on View Network Status and Tasks. This will lead you up to a menu that shows you two connections, one being the ethernet connection to your Xbox One, and the other
connection being your actual Internet connection. On the Lefthand side, you will see 3 options. Click the one that says "Change Adapter Settings".

    Step 4

You will be shown multiple adapters in this menu, (Bluetooth, Wireless, Ethernet, Etc) Rightclick whichever adapter your internet connection is and click Properties.

    Step 5

On the tip top of this window, you will see two tabs, Networking, and Sharing. Click the Sharing Tab.

    Step 6

In the Sharing menu, you will see two checkboxes. Check both of them.

    Step 7

Restart your Xbox One (Unplug the power cord from the back too).

    Step 8

Run the connection wizard from the settings menu on the Xbox One for one last time. Boom! Connected!

I hope this helps you like it helped me.

    Cheers guys, and Happy Fragging.

    :)

For those of you on College Internet with an Xbox One..

This (ICS-Internet Connection Sharing) is essentially using your laptop as a NAT router. I would think you could accomplish the same thing using a dedicated router. What problems were you having? I could see how ICS would offer a workaround to get the Xbox
One onto a network that requires the user to authenticate via a web site before being granted full Internet access (captive portal). Other than that, I do not see how ICS would get you Open NAT where previously you did not have it without ICS. If your Xbox
One's connection to the Internet goes through a campus- or dorm- wide NAT router that is directly connected to the Internet, then getting open NAT will require DMZ or port forwards on that router, which you presumably do not control and are unlikely to convince
your IT folks to open ports through. Even if they do, that would just help you, as your Xbox would be the only one on that particular NAT network with Open NAT-- the necessary ports can only be forwarded to one Xbox at a time. That said, if on your particular
campus each dorm room's ethernet port provides a direct Internet connection (with a public IP), then ICS might help beyond just the web authentication issue. I would not expect this to be the case with many/most campuses, so folks should not get their hopes
    up too high.

  6. I finally got it to work, after 90 minutes of roaming every menu on my PC, you did a great job at pointing out how to connect the xbox to the pc, but you missed a few steps, steps I needed to make. I sadly do not remember them, so sorry. But I had to find
one meny and tick all of the boxes in it, then I took out the electrisity in my appartment (University dorm), I tried your steps again and then it worked.

There is an extra step you'll need to do. After step 6, click the settings button in that window. You'll need to share HTTP and HTTPS (check those boxes).
