    Did NOT work for me. Neither did disconnecting power, or restart router. Still cant connect

    I am not getting an error code at all. it just says connect to xbox live. Everything says my internet is hooked up and good to go!! ! phones and computer work fine but no xbox live

    Hey everyone! There has not been an ETA released by Xbox support! However as an Ambassador I am doing my best to keep you guys informed.

    Affected Platforms:

    • Xbox One
    • Xbox 360
    • Xbox on other devices
    • Xbox on Windows 10

    Currently again, no ETA but what I can give you is way to be notified when the issue is resolved.

    If you have US phone number you can enter it in a box (Notify Me) on the Xbox Service Status page. You will receive a text when it is fixed!

    Hey Microsoft, here's a thought. Instead of tweeting your answers to what the F*** is 0x800488FC, you have our email addresses, how about you use them? Or give us an onscreen error message that makes sense in English, like "Sorry. We F***ed up. We're
    working on it." That way I don't have to waste 30 irreplaceable minutes of my life F***ing with your F***ed-up virtue customer disservice robot.

    Yea So I am getting this as well its now 11pm Eastern time the only thing I can do on my Xbox ia watch Netflix thank god for that at least but cant sign it to watch anyother stuff or play a game... Hopefully they fix it soon!

    Update as I was writing it I just got Signed in lol as I was going to take a photo of the error message lol
