For those having trouble signing in. Error Code: 0x800488FC​

Approximately when will it be working again. I just went through a whole debacle of trying to change the email used for this account to my
current email so that I could successfully be notified and log in; only to now be given an error code. This is rather stressful and much more than it should be.

Some people do a lot more than "play" on their xboxs... Don't act like your point of view isn't anymore warped than the "ungrateful nerds." Assuming everyone has other options is a pretty ignorant response. They should have sent a heads up.

 

Try doing a hard reboot of your Xbox. It fixed my problem finally

 

This is ridiculous and has been lasting for too long. They should have backups of the backups and should not have issues like this with what it cost for the consoles and all the subscriptions and everything else you have to pay for. You cannot even play
a game that you own on disk without being able to log into your gamer tag and that is ridiculous that the system works that way. Microsoft needs to change that because you can’t do anything on it if their services are having trouble and it’s just a paperweight

this really messed up my night. Been working allday and was really looking forward to getting on my Xbox when i got home.

 

my xbox wont connect to the internet as of 5 hours ago ............ nothing on it works except offline menus...... what a bad company ... is my xbox broken now ? can we sue this company for selling broken things ?i want my xbox to **** work. I paid for it

unplug your Xbox for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. It fixed mine.
