3rd times a charm I hope.

Someone please tell me why my rep is down to orange now. Also, can someone please monitor my recent spikes? Seems I can't get any answers from phone or chat support. From Green to Yellow to Orange and back up. Yet, same game play every time.

Look at the games I've been playing. UNO...I've been playing UNO online to boost my rep, this is pathetic. I do not chat, never felt the need to unless someone is talking to me directly. Please someone let me know what is happening and what people are reporting
me for.

I was stuck on 2 games for a while and have purchased 4 games in the last couple months to play online and boost my rep. Seems it literally goes up to green then down to orange then back up.

Again, this is the third time.

yea but i just bought the starwars console when it came out for 449 so it would really suck if a new console came out soon

 

All anyone here can do is point you to the enforcement site where you can find out about the rep system

enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

you can also log in there & see what reports have been filed against you in the last 6 months.

 

And that does just about nothing. Where can I contact anyone? I've tried chat and it's not working correctly (once started up, there is no box to type anything in).

Also, if your 2nd statement was correct, my last report was filed in 2010 and I'm just feeling the effects now. This system is not consumer friendly.

 

There is no one to contact.

It's nothing whatsoever to do with phone/chat support.They will just tell you to post here.

Not sure where you got 2010 from,the enforcement site & that feature wasn't around in 2010 nor was the Xbox One.

It only tracks reports from the past 6 months.

Seems i've been told by 4 different people that reputation is handled through the community yet, I can't speak or "file a complaint" on this reputation service.

Laurie from the support phone number badge number [Mod Removed]was extremely rude and literally told me there is not a single person that I can discuss my reputation with. Which I find bizarre.

I can't "challenge" any enforcement inquiries on my account as there is none except one from 2010 as stated above.

There is no operating chat function to use.

I don't get how a consumer is able to dispute anything with this system.

 

I am not on these forums 24/7 which is why I hadn't answered.

You are on about an enforcement action on your account.

I am on about any reports you have received in the past 6 months.It's in the "reputation" section on the enforcement site.

There is no one to discuss your rep with.I have given you the only info anyone can give you.

There is no reason to contact chat/phone support,the rep system is nothing to do with them & there is nothing they can do,same as posting on the forums,all we can do is give you the link I provided earlier.
