    For the last several days I have been unable to access Microsoft Solataire Challenge card games


    I cannot access the Microsoft Challenge Solitaire games. When I try to access one of the five games an ad comes on, it does not continue and when I click on it it takes me directly to either the Microsoft Store or Microsoft Mahjohh. Thus it makes it impossible
    to access any of the daily Challenge card games.

    When will this be fixed?

    Pyramid Solataire will not finish loading

    Since Sunday, 5/14/2017, The Pyramid Solataire Game in the Microsoft Solataire Collection will not finish loading. Pyramid Solataire will load if played from/through a daily challenge, however, it will not load when selected as a stand alone game. All of
    the other game choices load.

    I am unable to access the Daily Challenges in Microsoft Solitaire...I have not uploaded to the new Windows 8.1 upgrade however this lack of access issue has been on going for over 2weeks...plz help....

    Im on console and I have an active game pass subscription. When playing MCC I don't get an error message im just unable to access the season pass content, weekly challenges and multiplayer. But when playing minecraft where the Marketplace is I instead get an error message that reads "There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support."
