I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

Last few days I bought three card one is cost $300 one is $150 and also $600. In the first day I using $146 to buy GTA 5 online money and later I redeem the $150 and $600 money card and few days later i have just got $397 !can anyone help me

Hi i have been having the exact same problems

and have tried all of the above , reseting router , deleting profile , clearing cache ect .. i have never had this problem before , i disconnects from live every 5-10 minutes . It has only started within the last few days since i have been playing gta 5
online , any solutions ? Thanks

i’m having the same issue, and my xbox is telling me that i need to be online to play gta 5 but i bought the game with my own money months ago after it somehow removed itself from my account and the xbox i’m playing on is flagged as my home xbox.
