Hello

I Am Posting today as i have found several accounts attempting to be used mallciously on Xbox Live, i have found these on my another account, and i also found one on my account, the list goes as following:

One of these accounts specificly asked on the profile about looking at Na***d pictures (Starred due to the fact anyone can see this post and i do not know how to age restrict a post on the forums (if this is possiable and someone can show me or tell me that
would be handy))

these all have the same traits images that make them look like they are child and 0 Gamerscore, i also think these accounts was made on Windows 10 is a could not see Gold Status, i tried to report the first five however on the website on my tablet it would
not let me, however on the app on my account it would let me report the last one.

if someone could look in to this further it would be apprcatiated.

Also i have possiably put this under the wrong category as i was not sure what catagory to put this under, so if i have put it in the wrong category please let me know and i will move this as this is the first time i have posted something like this on forums.

As a Xbox Ambassador it is my duty to keep Xbox live safe and secure for everyone, and i do this to make sure people of all ages and technological levels can use xbox live and not have the worry of someone taking advantage of them, as this would not happen.

reported alot of this/such accounts a long time ago and more than once, nothing happend. they are still online.

You can have two fizical adresses but no two emails. Have you check that on website or mobile app? It is the best to contat support as fellow ambasador said.

It would probably be a better idea to have a PET review it rather then a ambasador though I see the requirments for ambasadors and they shouldn't be making choices that effect peoples money.

I believe if enough Ambassadors flag a G.T. a member of the enforcement team makes the final decision.
