Hello xbox.com admins and Xbox LIVE enforcement team. There is a Xbox LIVE player who's gamer tag consists of
[Mod Removed] ... can't say the whole gamer tag but he has been Dos attacking multiple people and myself, the attacks usually last about 2 hours at a time and no devices in my house will connect to the internet either. He had attacked me twice
through peer to peer connection through the Xbox LIVE party. He is also a very disrespectful player you uses offensive language and harsh remarks to other players. So he mods,hacks, and DDOSs(which is cyber terrorism and illegal) To my knowledge he is breaking
the Xbox LIVE code of conduct in multiple places. Please do something about this guy! He is just going to keep Dos attacking people. Thank you!

Thanks for the info Friend! The only reason I posted here was - I called Customer service and he informed me that Admins monitor this page for such complaints! Thanks for clearing that up!

You need to clarify "admin"? Are you meaning "admin" of Xbox LIVE itself or one from the Forums?

The "admins" or more accurately the Moderators from the Forums only work on the Forums and have little to do with Policy Enforcement for XBL itself. The Forum Mods are found anywhere on the Forums and are designated by either a "M" or "V" on their Profile from
their Post.

The "admins" on XBL are known as the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team and do not Reply to personal Messages. The only place they can be found is on the Account Suspension Forums.

 

The ones in power to do anything about this will not likely see this thread. Your best option, as always, is to file a formal complaint on the user using the "File Complaint" feature. From there, the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team will be alerted
to the situation, and can deal with it accordingly.

 

I can't file a complaint without being attacked by this person. I can not file a complaint from xbox.com either. I submitted feedback about it. hopefully they can stop this guy.

Sir please don't comment because your obviously completely oblivious to the situation. Esspically like that because your just being plain out rude.

 

When you file a complaint it is completely anonymous to anyone other than the enforcement team that reviews it. The user would not know if was specifically you and you can always block the user after filing so they cannot contact you. If you shared personal
information then that's another issue entirely and you'd be best speaking with someone legally for harassment.

 

No no, I mean I can not file a complaint because I cant be in the same game or party with this person without him Dos attacking me. I tried to see if that option is available on xbox.com but I did not find it. I can only get that option while I can get his
gamercard up.

 

It doesnt bother me anymore I was upset at the time when I was Dos attacked. That person is still out there DDOSing every day though so... watch out!

 

Happy to hear you have moved on, though for future reference, you don't have to be in a game with someone to file the complaint. Even after you have left the game that the person is in, their username will show up in the Recent Players list (provided
you haven't played with many other people since playing with that person last). From there, you can bring up the profile and report them as mentioned above.

Because the recent players list only shows the most recent players, and pushes old ones out, you'll want to file a complaint as soon as the infraction occurs (or at least, immediately after that game). The complaint will be viewed by the XBLPET and dealt with
accordingly. Additionally, you can block communications with the player (NOTE: Sending them a message will unblock them).
