    For some reason in this 2 weeks i lose packages.


    Hi everyone. For some reason is been about 2 weeks i lose packages 1% to 3%.My consolle is connected by ethernet cable.

    I've tryed every step possible.

    1.Set Offline the consolle and then the modem/router.So Online the modem/router and then Online the consolle.Nothing.

    2.Buy and set all new cables.Nothing.

    3.I called my ISP we done a Reset of my modem/router and olso they told me the connection is fine. 69mb/s down 18mb/s up.Still losing packages.

    i think there's nothing else i can do for solve this issues with packages lose.

    Can be the XBOXLIVE server? i wonder because at the end of september we got again that wierd problem nobody wasnt able to even login.

    Instead of factory resetting your console, even though you're not deleting your downloaded and installed games, you can "Clear The Alternate MAC Address." To do this, go to your settings on your console, next choose Network, then Network Settings. Look
    for the "Advanced Settings" and click it. There should be an option called "Alternate MAC Address," click it. It will then ask you if you want to "Clear the current Alt. MAC Address" or "Manual Input." Hit the "Clear button." You will have to reset your Xbox
    One Console before the actions take effect. If this doesn't help then a Factory Reset for the console is the next step, if that will not work, contact Xbox Customer Support.

    Hi AquarrzSudnnym the number are approximate(around) 69-65 down 18-15 up 18-25 ping.

    Btw when i open my local telephone at the end of each free sound i can ear a click and a realy bad background

    like a static eco. Can be? 8 months without any issues. Olso in this 5 days i called my ISP 3 times and they always

    sayd after the test they do, everythings was fine, they olso send an alert to the main telephone central for

    investigate to the problem but i doubt they fix. If them are the issue(too laziness).
