    For some reason, I can't change my privacy and security settings.


    Everytime I press the link to go change my security settings it keeps sending me back to the same page. The page is the support.xbox.com and I keep pressing the button to change it but it sends me back to the same page. When I do it on other accounts it links me to accounts.xbox.com and it allows me to change the settings. No it's not in any family group. Has anyone had this problem?

    For security and privacy reasons every account needs a password, with some privacy or security changes they may require you to sign in again. This also happens when terms and conditions changes.

    I went through my privacy settings and don't see any reason to believe that they are the reason this is happening.
