    For Some Reason I Cant Buy Gold, Please Help???


    I just got a pre payed $100 card from walmart and I came home added the credit card to my account and went both on my new xbox one and my pc and It said "Something went wrong" "Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the
    code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate." I did that and all it said was to pretty much change the payment option but I cant, because obviously I dont want to go buy a new card. There is still $100 on the card and could some representative help
    me....take $60 off the card and get me 12 months of live?

    Nevermind, just delete this "post" I figured it out. The card I was using isnt able to be used ONLINE. Im going to go to walmart instead! Thanks!
