Every time I turn on my console it gets stuck on the green loading screen for about 5 minutes, then it goes black for about another 5 minutes and I get this message. Sometimes it says oops something went wrong, with the error code 0x80070102. Sometimes there's
    nothing but a black screen.

It was working perfectly fine earlier, took a 2 hour break but now this keeps happening. There's been no system update today as far as I'm aware, which I think is what normally causes this problem. Does anyone know how the hell to fix this!?

    :)

maybe its NAT issues. I tried turning off my internet for a while and trying it then and it worked but as soon as my internet was on again it broke the exact same way as before. Pretty sure no reply from Xbox is them saying "tough **** kid"

Try to remove your account from the console, clear persistent storage [Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Blu-ray > Persistent storage], restart your console [by pressing the power button on console, unplug the power supply, wait 1 min, then turn back on] and
    download your profile again.
