    For people that factory reseted their console and cant download games


    If you had the same issue with me after resetting your console, a fix i did was i went to the microsoft store and it automatically started updating the microsoft store and i also started installing the game from the store page after that. Hope this helps you out if you get installation errors on old xbox’s or right after you fixed it with an offline update

    Xbox one seems to think a network cable is connected when one isn't.

    Try reset your console to factory defaults, before you request a repair.

    Consult the following support article, on how to safely restore your console to factory default:

    thanks a lot now i cant even play games anymote because of this reset solution . Now im forced to get it repaired!!!!!!!!

    thanks for you silution , now im stuck and cant even play a freakin game!!! Plus now i really have tonsens it over to get it repaired cause i cant do anything with it anymore because of yoyr solution!!!!
