    For People Running Into Not Seeing Custom Profile Pics


    Alright if you have changed your profile pic to a custom profile pic and cannot see it, don't fret it could be due to at least two reasons.

    1. Still needing to pass the verification process by Xbox
    2. Issues with your privacy settings.
    Now the second of the list is a little bit easy to fix. Simply follow these steps to find the correct privacy setting to adjust on your account: Settings > All Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety > Xbox Live Privacy > View & Customize > Xbox Live
    Privacy > Game Content > You Can See and Share Content

    From there make sure that is set to everyone and it should finally allow you to see your custom Gamer Pic. I ran into this issue and was stumped for 3 days doing this fixed the issue and allowed everything to work once more. I hope this help those that run

    when I go to profile > customize profile > change gamerpic, when I go to custom gamer pic it says error custom gamer pics are only for adult accounts how can I change this?

    ^^^^ I agree! People are hilarious and it's always interesting seeing where people are from between matches. I think they will bring it back. I would like to see more customization beyond just a gamertag and a profile pic.

    I have same problem. My custom profile picture changed. But now, anytime I sign in on the profile with the custom pic, I can't see it. I just see the default Xbox one I had prior to the change. But apparently everyone else sees my custom picture. Even

    They may not have been using custom pics though. Still, as mentioned above, there is a temporary suspension of custom profile pics.

    It is not possible to use your computer to make a profile picture. The only way you could use a custom gamer pic is to use the Xbox LIVE Vision camera, but this will only allow you to customize your personal gamer pic (only people your friends list would

    It feels like the avatars are extinct.

    I still encounter people with avatars but they mostly tend to be kids who can't have/don't know how to get custom pics. SpiralOut46and2 is
    right though, custom pics killed avatars.
