Discus and support for months now it is impossible to download new puzzle, my points diminish but no new puzzles. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I try to down load new puzzles, but nothing happens .     I try to down load new puzzles, but nothing happens . Why ?????? And I'm not the only one with tis problem, as I can see in the comments and messages.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Crashes when Opening Downloads

    Every time I try to download a new puzzle, my program closes. I have bought a puzzle and it has deducted the points, but I can't access the download section to download the puzzle.

    Score went from +745,000 to -147,000 What gives

    My score went negative 3 days ago. it is sitting at -244,000 ish. I had a much higher positive score. It wont let me download any new puzzles. Is there an ETA on this problem?
    My score is still negative.... I want a new puzzle and I want to use my correct points please.

    Puzzles will not download

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.
    My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .
