For Internet Explorer, is there a list of compatible web services?

If it says Internet Explorer 11, it may just mean your current web browser is too old to work with that page correctly and it requires you to update to the latest version of Internet Explorer in order to redeem the code.

Either update Internet Explorer or try a different web browser.

Install Explorer

1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.

• Browse or search for Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Explorer to download the app. When the download is complete, the Internet Explorer app automatically starts.
  

To start Internet Explorer later, go to Apps, My Apps and then Internet Explorer.

The .ASPX web pages used by Microsoft at the Xbox web site work better with Internet Explorer or Safari. Were you using a different web browser?

hard reset console then make sure internet explorer is clear of all web pages
