    For honor not working


    I bought two copies of the for honor game .... one digital and on disk... I bought the season pass as well a long with the legendary battle pack... now the game worked great for 4 days . Then it stopped working ... all I would like to know is why isn’t it
    working, can you make it work, and if it doesn’t work can I get a full refund for the game ... I spent 120 dollars on this game and all I want it to do is work. Please help

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What happens when you try to redeem the code? Do you get a specific error message and/or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with? Have you tried on both your Xbox One console and Xbox.com? If not, please
    be sure to try both of those.

    You can also message me the code so we can take a closer look at it if you'd like.

    Unfortunately Microsoft has no control over what your country does. It is unlikely you will be able to get a refund since you were playing until your country blocked the ip addresses. You can try contacting Support by using the contact us link at the bottom
    of any Xbox.com webpagr and rewuestore a callback.

    I would be careful, Sharing account info (even friends) is not allowed, This could cause issues down the road.
