For Honor Not Work in Russia

Hello, I am a beta tester FH and the owner of the deluxe version of the game for xbox one. I spent quite a bit of time in the game since its release. A little more than a year ago, in my country, the
RKN conducted an active blocking of IP addresses, and the servers for Honor fell under this wave of blocking. I wrote in those support of the game, ubisoft, microsoft but they could not help me, I still can’t play on the xbox one in FH.I
want to request a refund, since technical support has been freezing me for half a year, asking to set up a white UI and change ports. But this is not specified in the requirements for the game. I think this is a violation.

xbox.com/refund but I can't guarantee you'll get refunded

Unfortunately Microsoft has no control over what your country does. It is unlikely you will be able to get a refund since you were playing until your country blocked the ip addresses. You can try contacting Support by using the contact us link at the bottom
of any Xbox.com webpagr and rewuestore a callback.

As Puppy Fujo stated if you're in an unsupported region there is nothing Microsoft can do. You may want to request a refund

Ok so i found out the issue here and the "region" everyone is talking about.

These Gears promotional keys are only US region.

No that's not how the codes work we already went over this
