    for honor marching fire problem


    Friday 19 October 2018 I paid for the marching fire expansion pass and I still cant play the heroes or arcade mode and I would like to play with my friends how can I fix this

    For Honor Marching Fire Pre-Order Bonus

    On Oct. 15 I decided to purchase the pre-order of the Marching Fire expansion for For Honor on Xbox One. Marching Fire released immediately the day after on Oct. 16. On the day of release I noticed I didn't receive the pre-order bonus for the expansion,
    so I contacted Ubisoft. They stated I was not eligible for the bonus because my transaction went a day after when I actually made the purchase. Ubisoft states I cannot receive the bonus since my transaction was made a day later rather than my actual purchase.
    Attached is my proof of payment of the expansion on my bank account and the date it was purchased.

    Hello Dragon,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please review your
    order history here     to confirm the transaction went through fully.

    If it did go through, you may have to finish downloading the DLC. Go to my games and apps > Highlight For honor > Press the menu button > select Manage game > check "ready to install" for any missing DLC.

    it is competed I uninstalled and reinstalled both the game it self and the expansion pass but I still don't have any of the wu lin heroes or the arcade mode I don't know else to do

    Since the game and add ons were able to be installed, but you cannot access them, I believe Ubisoft will be able to help you out from here.

    Usually for pre-orders you will be charged around 10 days before the game launches.
    If your original purchase was not successful, it will require for you to make the purchase to be able to use the content

    It is there. It's called For Honor Marching Fire Edition. Bear in mind, you will need the Ubisoft Connect app to install it on your PC.
