For honor digital to disc. Everything is GONE!

About a month ago, I was wanting to play for honor. I have for honor on digital. I got the Error code that has been happening. And i tried all the customer support options and we still kept getting that Error code.

I ended up buying the disc, and as soon as we put the disc in. I got excited to play, go to my characters and I’m back to square one..... all the money I spent on my characters the updates, the new ones. All of it just gone........

Does anyone know how to fix this? I am very upset and mad, thst this is even a thing for a huge game that has a lot of money put into it.

If you buy digital games instead of disc can you access the XBOX one multi task and cloud power full potential ?

Frankly, if everyone is insisting that the digital market is the way of the future, disc-based gaming is truly irrelevant, then Microsoft just should have abandoned the disc-based market altogether and gone one hundred percent digital. That's where everything
is already supposed to be going, correct? They wouldn't need them silly stores to sell the console, even, because anyone who could use a digital marketplace at all would have the capacity to order it online. Maybe then there'd have been a snowball's chance
in a supernova of actually having cheaper digital games somewhere down the line..

You should still be able to play the game, Have you tried Power Cycling and Uninstalling and Re-Installing?

Progress-

The best thing to do is contact Ubisoft Support and they should be able to look in to it since the game is all server side on there end

360 discs and their digital equivalent are still region locked.

They signed contracts they have to honor.

Gone full digital and not changing discs is a big plus on X1.

I gone digital as well, less hassle of switching discs out and worrying about disc not being read.
