For Honor Deluxe Edition

Hello I pre-ordered the For Honor Deluxe Edition through the Xbox app store. However after purchasing the product it prompted me to download the standard edition, which I did. I can play the game however I did not receive the deluxe benefits the package
offered. No launch can be perfect and as I can tell others are having similar issues as mine. Here are two chats I had with two different support techs in order from first to last:

Charged twice?

I bought the For Honor Deluxe edition and was charged twice for the deluxe pack, any solutions?

Hey, I just bought the for honor digital deluxe edition, and have yet to recieve all of my bonuses. No 7 day champion, nor ornaments for my charcters. Can anyone help?
