you can contact the Official Support through the xbox website, They can get you on the phone and help you recover your account as long as you have the email that you set it up with. Hope this helps!

the only thing to try is what is mentioned by JayDizzy. You will need to contact Xbox Support and based on the gamertag they will ask you questions about the account to verify if you are the owner of the account. If answered correctly they should be able
to give you the email address etc.

Questions are likely based on information on the account like, previous purchases, payment options and address details etc

When you have the email address you can try to reset the password like mentioned here:

Having said that, unfortunately, from what you said, it's going to be hard to get your account, specially if the hacker turned on 2FA. I'm going to be as blunt as I can, but your account is most likely lost.

Right now the top priority for you should be to contact any payment method that you have linked to your account and let them know what's happening.

After that please go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get linked to a person ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for your lost account

I can see what email it is when I open microsoft or minecraft launcher and press on my account, it show that email.
