• Remove any camo gear you have from your character.
• Ensure you are using a weapon that came with the game and not one that you might have picked up or found in a loot box.

I had a similar issue. Are you on the skip ahead program? If so it may be an issue with the latest update and please submit a clip to Xbox letting them know if the issue. I have done a hard reset and it did allow me to open it after that but that is not
always true for everyone. Hope that helps.

If it seems like this is happening for everyone but only on your console, I would suggest trying to do the update again. To do this, all you need to do is navigate to the Storage menu, highlight your HDD, and press
Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X. You should be prompted to update again and then the console will restart. Let me know if this helps, thanks!
