For Enforcement Team/support banned for no reason

I was received a communication ban few days ago for 14 days long on my account, the ban made zero sense, I filed a case review and it was upheld but the reasons makes no sense the only message I sent was Git gud Get rekted nice exploiting . The player I
sent it to was using and in game eXploit to win and when I beat him fairly he proceed to quit. In the message I got from enforcement, it said its ok to use a little gamer trash talk, which git gud get rekted is, and said I was banned for sexual abuse? or Harassment?
um what? I have almost 13 year tenure with live. This is really starting to **** me off. If it was from a different message then my account must have been ether used by someone else without my permission. you can go through my message history and I usually
send nice messages to my fellow live members by helping them out with what they did wrong, or saying GG I sent that message because the gamer used a exploit and all I said was git gud get rekted nice exploiting. in my entire 13 years I've had a good reputation
with players. The lack of transparency with the enforcement team is unacceptable, as I paying customer whose supported Xbox for over a decade, this is mind boggling how bad you treat your customers, an email with some sort of warning or asking me to contact
someone to discuss the issue should be how its done, especially with Live users with good reputation for over a decade with the company. Ive told all my close friend about the issue and even should them the message and they have all agreed it makes zero sense
and how poor the communication and mistreatment of such a long term member is unacceptable. Sincerely, Jesse

My console got banned.

You banned my console for no reason . livechat no people and i have no ideal to contract enforcement team, where can i find help ?

 

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Harassing online gamers in retaliation is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts. If you doubt someone of cheating or tampering with the system just report that person or block him/her from further communication.
