    I understand you use Greenwich time for your reset times on when a membership cancels but please tell me why you can't get it right within the 5 hrs time difference. I lost my Xbox live 17 hrs early & got told by your support team nothing they could do about
    it. Which is wrong on the 21st of December I was on the phone with a supervisor that guaranteed me that if I did my 3 month card at 4 PM est that I wouldn't loose my Xbox live more then the difference of 4hrs Yet here I am 17hrs earlier with no Xbox live caused
    I was lied too & your support team gave me excuses about the time difference but they couldn't figure it out either way I was shorted by so many hours. People like me pay good money to play & we shouldn't have to loose out hard earned money early over this.
    This problem needs to be fixed & addressed someone should loose more then those 4 hrs difference. I have emails to prove when I purchased my 3 months & I shouldn't have been cancelled 17hrs early. Please respond & address this issue.

    I created a local user and an administrator account, and the issue occurred on both accounts.

    Billing Issue

    If this is for the video game then please check your download history. On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to find the content to download.

    If it was for the TV show then give phone support a call to see if they can help. 1-800-469-9269 in North America

    told me to post here to make it right. So I am very confused why you can't help anymore then they can

  6. I guess I would just to know why I don't get the full time I paid for That's all so simple as that if I pay for 3 months at 4 PM then my live shouldn't end till 4 PM Just give me a honest answer & a solution so this doesn't keep happening not the first time

    We in the community support forums are only just gamers like you. We have no access to your billing info. Thats why for problems like these we cannot help and youd need to contact official support using the methods given above

    Yeah I get that but I was told by support that if I posted here someone who actually was an administrator would see this & respond. There is a 4 hr time difference between est & Greenwich time so with that said there should be no excuse for cutting off my
    Xbox live 17 hrs early. This wasn't the first time the other time was 12 hrs early. And even though I spoke to support again this morning & they still couldn't tell me the best time to add a card for live which is my only request I had they offered a free
    month I have but not sure I want to use its not what I was looking for I want some true honest answers & a true solution to this issue. This is so frustrating that it's annoying that the can't even give u a true answer now they trying to tell me there is an
    8 hr difference But here's the proof that it is only 4 hrs & I shouldn't have been cut off 17hrs early. This is my current time & theirs

    Sorry, but support typically gives wrong information when it comes to the forums, or sends people here when there's nothing else they can do. Unfortunately, the probably don't have an exact answer for you which is why they send you here.

    As far as I know, gold should cut off around the same time of day you originally entered it. If it is cutting off early, the only thing you can do is contact support.

    Sorry, but support typically gives wrong information when it comes to the forums, or sends people here when there's nothing else they can do. Unfortunately, the probably don't have an exact answer for you which is why they send you here.

    As far as I know, gold should cut off around the same time of day you originally entered it. If it is cutting off early, the only thing you can do is contact support.
