Foot pedals that could be used for movement?

Hi,

Are there any foot pedals that work with the XAC that could be used for forward and backwards movement instead of the left thumb stick? I'm wading through Google at the moment but there is so much conflicting information to sift through. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would be very grateful. Thank you for your time.

As long as it has a compatible connector, it should be compatible, It needs to be a 3.5 mm pin with 3 black bands like a headphone Jack with microphone input.

Supposedly the StealthSwitch FS-2 with my XAC was compatible, but I believe it has been discontinued

Yes and no, don't listen to the Xbox advisor, I don't think he's ever used the controller before.

For the joysticks you can not use the 3.5mm jack, you have to use a USB cable, so your foot pedal on amazon may work, but I don't know for sure.

if you have some help I would suggest buying a 3D printer because so much of this stuff is going to customize for you. I printed out my own foot pedals, the problem is there is no variation, I mean you either run or stop. There is no creep or slow walk, it's either on or off, because I used micro switches.

Since it is amazon try it, if it doesn't work send it back and tell us what happened. Good luck

Oh man joystick and mouse setups rule for FPS

Joystick for movement, mouse for look. put 5 buttons on the mouse and 5 for the joystick. Ultimate FPS gaming setup.
