Fonte não liga quando está conectada ao Xbox One

Minha fonte fica acessa quando não está conectada ao xbox , mais quando eu conecto ela ao xbox e ligo a energia a luz acende e rapidamente apaga, portanto não consigo ligar meu xbox, não sei oque ta acontecendo.

observação: Esse problema começou quando eu estava jogando, e do nada meu xbox desligou.

Não consigo me conectar ao Xbox Live!

Bem quando eu coloco um CD na bandeja carrega tudo certinho mas eu não consigo me conectar ao Xbox Live. Daí quando eu volto no menu do console esta tudo conectado. E quando eu rodo o jogo novamente desconecta e fala: Conexão com o Xbox Live perdida tente
novamente.

Por favor me ajudem
