I have experienced the same exact issue and I was able to fix it by buying a new cord for the Xbox One. It's definitely not the most convenient but it works. Also, this usually happens to me when the power goes out and the power supply gets fried. On my Xbox One S, this doesn't happen. I apologize for your cord not working and I hope you're able to fix it soon! P.S: You can get cheap cords on Amazon or online, highly don't recommend GameStop as they are very expensive and are still able to be fried.

Nesses caso o primeiro passo é fazee o procedimento de desligar e segurar o botão por 8 a 10segundos. Desconecte todos cabi de energia depois aperte novamente o botao Power o famoso liga e desliga para ele descarregar toda energia da fonte. Depois reconecte
tudo e teste novamente. Caso isso ocorra novamente recomendo fazer uma limoezay no cooler e troca de oasta térmica e colocar o console em um lugar ventilado
