Followers not showing up

So about 3-5 days ago or so, I noticed that my followers list wasn't going up, it's been stuck at 6. I've been playing with people who have told me they followed me, but it doesn't show my new followers nor do I receive the notification of them adding me.
I have checked my settings and even deleted my account and downloaded it again yet it didn't help anything. I've even add the people as well and they show on my friends, but not the followers even though they've followed me.

I have no idea what to do, I hard reset, deleted account, made sure I added people as well and that they followed me yet it is still

stuck at 6 followers and 8 friends.

Microsoft really *** me off with all these problem Xbox Live is having and then they send you to the forums to report you problem but yet they don't even reply on solution!

I have the exact same issue, it's very frustrating and I hope it gets fixed soon.

 

Your friends list is hidden.Try changing it in your privacy settings.

 

I already did that, still didn't help. It's not the friends that are messed up, it's the followers. Hiding my friends list has nothing to do with my followers being messed up.

 

Yes Followers has been crap for about a year now and I've been reporting problems about it but Microsoft won't do a thing. I even requested a background check on my account to see if anything is wrong and they said no everything is fine

 

Yeah this sucks because I have no clue when the people who followed me are on now or anything.
