Followers not being deleted

Hello I am having issues with followers not being deleted even after I have blocked them on the xbox live website and on the xbox one console. I have even reached out to the ppl and have asked them to block me and they have but they are still on my followers
list. I have had this issue before and Mister Beeps was able to fix it for me. I was hoping someone could fix it again. I am also getting notifications from people I have had on my friends list even after I have blocked them and removed them. Can someone get
back to me to fix this problem. Thxs

Delete Followers?

Hello I am having issues with deleting followers from my followers list again. Mister Beeps was able to fix this before for me and said if it happened again to contact him threw the conversation that was already open but he isn't responding to my messages.
So I will post a new thread and hopefully someone can get back to me. I am aslo having issues with the notifications . I have deleted people off my friends list and have blocked them but I'm still getting notifications when they sign in .Can someone help me
please.This followers not being deleted is totally anoying

 

Buggy followers list, activity feed & new followers notifications not popping up.

My followers list is being dodgy it goes up then down, recent followers don't show up, blocking doesn't stop them from following me (Note: SmartGlass & website are doing the same thing).

Activity feed & new followers are not popping up (they are both on).

 

Try these basic steps:

Test connection:

Please go to Settings >> Network Settings and Choose Test Network Connection and Test Mutiplayer connection (if it went through , proceed with the next steps. If it displays some restriction messages please let us know and reply back with this post with
the exact message)

REMOVE ACCOUNT:

Settings >> Sign In, Security and Passkey >> Sign In and Security>> Remove me from this Xbox

CLEAR CACHE:

Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage>> Clear Persistent Storage.

PARTNER FOR CLEAR CACHE:

please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.

HARD RESET:

Press and hold the power button on your console for 5-10 seconds. Once the console is turned off. Please unplug the power supply from the wall outlet, disconnect all accessories and wait for 1 minute then plug it back and turn the console back on.

(do not use surge protector as it affects the console functionality. Xbox one psu has already a built in surge protector)

ADD PROFILE

: Kindly click the Sign In button on the main dashboard of your console> Add New> Type in the log-in credentials for your account.

Then try to view again friends/ social and it should now work

 

I have done that many times and that doesn't fix the issue

 

Poor show from Microsoft, it's still a problem now and when you email them no one responds.
