    In order to resolve this, follow the steps below!

    1. Go to Support Tab

    2. Go to Contact Us tab

    3. Check your problem form the list

    4. Wait 5 minutes and choose form the bottom of the page the "Chat with Microsoft Support"

    5. Write your problem and chat with the support about it!

    Message Tab Problem

    I can not access the messages tab on my iOS device. Whenever I try to access the tab, the screen becomes frozen on the loading icon and I can not back out of it. My device is recently new and has no problems with other features of the app.

    Followers will remain there because they decide to follow you, you can refuse to be friends with them because you decide so and also you can decide which content to make available to which person.

    It could be to the privacy settings for that user. A user can choose to show their friend/follows/followers list or not.

    Either check your privacy settings to allow viewing profiles of others, check that there is no xbox live service issue or the person you are trying to view has his privacy locked down.

    Does this occur with all users? Besides the error message, would there happen to be any error codes?
