Discus and support Followed all suggestions, no joy. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I checked for Windows updates, it said all good. I uninstalled and re-installed Microsoft Bingo.     Followed all suggestions, no joy.


    I checked for Windows updates, it said all good.

    I uninstalled and re-installed Microsoft Bingo. STILL getting "Purchase Error" for watch ad for tix and coins. What do you suggest I do now? Swiftly losing interest in Bingo, at this point. Are you folks working on this problem on YOUR end or not? If it's
    simply broken and going to remain that way, please let us know, and we'll all go get lives and do something productive rather than sitting around waiting to play Bingo, for God's sake.

    Black Screen Update

    Hey folks, new update has caused a black screen where the dashboard used to be......having followed all of the suggestions on the support forum with no joy, should I just attempt factory reset?

    Hi, thanks for your kind help and advice. I checked everything and everything was ok. Followed all your suggestions etc, followed all suggestions on xbox troubleshooting but still no joy and it continues to do the same maybe next update may solve it 🤞
