    Follow-up To My Microsoft Rewards App Issue


    A couple of hours ago I made a post about how the Microsoft Rewards App didnt count the new achievements that ive gotten. (Literally on the 20th week, 2,500 point bonus) So hours later ive gotten a reply which asked me to send some photos that they need,
    i assume for proof, but they didn't really specify where I am supposed to go to do so. So should I reply to the email which asked for the photos or is there a certain place on the website that I go which will help me? I have my service request number if that
    somehow helps.
