Follow Up: Incomplete Gamertag Change

Dear Xbox Support / Ambassadors / Enforcement Team

I made a thread about 2 months ago explaining the problem I had downloading my Gamertag. This thread will sum it all up and include all the information I got due to this day.

Note: My account / gamertag has a perfect record according to enforcement.xbox.com, this means it's not banned or suspended.

My problem: My Gamertag is glitched (this may sound confusing to most of you but after talking to Xbox Global Escalation Support this was made clear)

About 3 months ago I changed my Gamertag: Herbert on my old account so I can use it on this account. I claimed the Gamertag on this account but it turned out it was an Incomplete Gamertag Change where only some information was transfered over. This happened
by claiming the Gamertag really fast. Due to that I am not able to download my account onto my Xbox and the Gamertag still shows up as available when I tried to change my Gamertag on another account even though I claimed it on this account. I have full access
to it on xbox.com but I am not able to use it.

In the first email from Xbox Global Escalation Support I was promised a Free Gamertag Change so I can change my Gamertag on this account which didn't happen unfortunately. In the second email from Xbox Global Escalation Support I was told I am unable to
download my account due to Enforcement action. Again my account is in perfect condition. Xbox Forums is the only way I know to contact the Enforcement Team and I really hope I can get this case resolved with your help.

I don't want to lose this Gamertag. Is there a way to transfer it to a new account?

Xbox one followers privacy/spam concerns. END IT

Even if you change your Gamertag, you purchases and saves are still locked to your account. I could change my gamertag right now and I still have everything. It stays with the email address you signed up with, not gamertag.Click to expand...

Right that is the point I was making, even if you pay 10 dollars to change your tag all friends and followers stay with you. Is there anyway to transfer all purchases and saves to another gamertag?

If you have an account that is basically broken (Gamertag showing on account but when you try to download it or get to the My Account section you get a glitch) you likely need to contact Xbox Phone Support and get this sent to an escalations team again.
A gamertag change or Microsoft account change on a Gamertag should not take longer than 30 days for the system to move your data to your new Gamertag/Account.

80151006 is an error which corresponds to an incomplete gamertag name change. Essentially what has happened is that while your profile was renamed, the associated data on the account was not properly transferred over. The good news is, this is 100% recoverable.
My account was the same but it is now sorted

Forced Gamertag Changes
When a forced Gamertag change is imposed, the system automatically assigns a new Gamertag to the affected account, much in the same way a system-generated Gamertag is provided when you first sign up for Xbox Live.

If a player is unhappy with the assigned Gamertag and wishes to change it, he or she may purchase a new Gamertag through the standard Gamertag change process. However, the Gamertag that received the forced change will remain unobtainable.

A forced Gamertag change may be issued if a Gamertag visually resembles, sound likes, represents, hints at, abbreviates, or otherwise insinuates any of the following:

Profane words or phrases
Topics or content of a sexual nature
Hate speech
Controversial religious topics
Notorious people or organizations
Sensitive current or historical events
