Foam Lancer & Hot rod Gnasher

I pre ordered and purchased gears of War ultimate edition and the special edition Xbox one S. I never received the codes for the foam Lancer nor the hotrod gnasher. I spoke with a xbox live rep and he told me to contact the gamestop I bought from and they
should fix it. They told me they couldn't do anything and the code should be on my receipt. Well it wasn't. So I spoke to another xbox live rep and they still couldn't do anything. The best he could do was send me to this general sales section to request the
codes that I paid $450 for. I'm trying to complete the full foam weapon set. Please help me.

Sorry to hear! That is pre-order bonus offered exclusively through Gamestop, and is not provided through Xbox Live message by Microsoft. Since this content is exclusive to Gamestop, you will need to continue working with Gamestop to acquire this content.
