FM7 Sweepstakes loyalty (fan) keys

I was told on twitter to post proof of gameplay because it's been two weeks and I still have no loyalty keys, not actual gameplay, but decent enough proof

Did not get reward points for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 6 or 7, nor virtual keys for FM7

I've been a member of the rewards program for a while, and I've never received any points for game purchases I made during the pre-order period. It's very frustrating to be a fan of Forza Motorsport, pre-ordering the games on the first day they are available,
and then not get the reward points. This seems to be a systemic problem. Could that get fixed please? And can I have my reward points for Forza Motorsport 7 (and 6), and my extra pre-order virtual keys for the FM7 virtual key sweepstakes, please?

Didn't get Forza 7 virtual keys or Rewards Points for purchaing FM7

Purchased FM7 Ultimate on September 30 and never received the 10 virtual keys or the rewards credits. Purchased it digitally from MS/Xbox.

 

Another thing: Never got my 5000 rewards credits for pre-ordering FM7 as I should've

From the FAQ for this offer:

FORZA FANS GET MORE

Xbox Live Rewards members as of September 17, 2017 who have previously played a game from the Forza franchise for at least one hour on Xbox will be given extra entries at the beginning of the contest, which will be added to your plays when you log in to the home
page.

• 5 keys (can only be earned once)

Since you only became a member on September 26th, you were not a member as of September 17th, and are therefore not eligible for this offer. Additionally, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer has not yet ended, it is too early to see any Credits.
