FM5 TOKENS not appeared

I recently bought with Microsoft points the fm5 tokens for forzamotor 5 on xbox one when I purchased the fm5 tokens they have not come onto my account it doesn't even give the option to reinstall,

so basically I paid for fm5 tokens Microsoft has took my money but the add ons has not appeared on my account how do I get my refund back

Tokens in FM5

i bought 2 times for 5€ fm5 tokens with my prepaid.

2times comes an error but my 10€ are gone

plz help me

 

FM5 Tokens not usable or missing

I contacted the billing department and they issued a refund on the first set of tokens I bought, but the problem still exists, and she recommended I try the forums.

Here is what I see:

• I purchase tokens (say $9.99 for 1250).
• Sometimes the tokens show up, and I can try to purchase a car, and the wait icon spins for a few minutes and then nothing happens. I'm back at the "purchase car" screen.
  
• Sometimes the tokens don't show up at all, and the game says I have zero tokens.
  
• After trying to purchase when tokens showed up, I started seeing the token balance go down, but again no new cars showed up in the garage for the game.
  

Any ideas or know who I should contact?

Not bought tokens myself but you may have to claim them from the mail box in game.
